Naan was a little burnt but the two chicken dishes were amazing. Staff was very friendly. Food was hot and ready when we picked up.

The Food was delicious and the staff was friendly and polite, but the most recent time when I ordered online, the website said it would take 15-20 minutes, and when I arrived at the restaurant, I was informed that they hadn't started on the order yet, it would be another 15-30 minutes. When I called 20 minutes later, I was told it would be another 10-15 minutes, and they would call me when it was ready. 20 minutes later I had not received a call, so I called again, and was told they were just about to call me, it was finally ready. I arrived at the restaurant a few minutes later (about an hour after I placed the initial order), and the food still wasn't ready, but thankfully I only had to wait a few minutes this time. The employee who rang me out offered me a 5% discount for the wait. While I appreciated the gesture, I think 10-15% would have been more appropriate.
I understand that sometimes restaurants get busy, and the kitchen staff on hand can't keep up, but it's frustrating when you keep getting told "15 minutes" when it really takes an hour. I would have preferred to be told that it would take another 45 minutes when I got to the restaurant 15 min after placing the order.
I've ordered from the restaurant multiple times and this is the first time I've ever had to wait so long for my food, so I'm going to chalk this up as an anomaly, and will definitely order again in the future.
